Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies (BEST) Announces Two Large, Multi-Year Superconductor Contracts from Leading MRI Manufacturers

BILLERICA, Mass., Nov 01, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies, Inc. (BEST) today announced that it has recently received two large, multi-year contracts for its metallic, low-temperature superconductors (LTS) from existing customers who are leading manufacturers of clinical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems.

The total minimum order value from these two contracts through September 2014 is approximately $71 million, while actual purchases may range as high as 25% above the minimum commitment levels.
