The 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be conducted online as a virtual meeting at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/BRKR2024. You will need the control number included on your Proxy Card or in the instructions from your broker to enter the 2024 Annual Meeting online. There will not be a physical meeting location, and stockholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting physically in person.

If you encounter any difficulties, there will be a toll-free number and international number available with technicians to assist you. Assistance will be available 15 minutes prior to the start of the Annual Meeting, and will remain available through its conclusion. You will have the ability to test the system before the Annual Meeting starts.
